Whether you picked up your order in-store or had it delivered to your address, the same return and exchange options apply.
Can I return or exchange my Click and Collect order in-store?
Yes, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item at any yd. store, provided that:
- the item is in its original condition
- the swing tags are still attached
- you have a copy of your invoice
- the return is made within 365 days of the original purchase date

Can I return my Click and Collect order online?
Yes, if you’re unable to visit a store, you can return your item to our online warehouse using our returns portal.

Can I exchange an item online?
At this stage, we’re unable to process exchanges through our online store.
If you’d like a different item, we recommend:
- Placing a new order for the item you want
- Returning the original item separately
