How can I return a Click and Collect order?

Click and Collect orders follow the same returns process as any other online order.

Whether you picked up your order in-store or had it delivered to your address, the same return and exchange options apply.


Can I return or exchange my Click and Collect order in-store?

Yes, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item at any yd. store, provided that:

  • the item is in its original condition
  • the swing tags are still attached
  • you have a copy of your invoice
  • the return is made within 365 days of the original purchase date

Can I return my Click and Collect order online?

Yes, if you’re unable to visit a store, you can return your item to our online warehouse using our returns portal.

Can I exchange an item online?

At this stage, we’re unable to process exchanges through our online store.

If you’d like a different item, we recommend:

  1. Placing a new order for the item you want
  2. Returning the original item separately

This is the quickest way to receive your preferred item.
