How do I return an online order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the available options for refunds or exchanges within 365 days of your purchase. 
 

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

You're welcome to return or exchange items at any yd. store, provided the following conditions are met:
  • The item is in its original condition and originally bought in-store
  • Swing tags are still attached
  • You present a copy of the invoice
  • Within 365 days of the original purchase date

Please note: Purchases made in-store cannot be returned or exchanged through our online store.
 

Online Returns

If you're unable to visit a store, you can return your item(s) to our online warehouse. Return options vary depending on your location:
 

Australian Customers

Submit your return through our Australian Returns Portal.
 

New Zealand Customers

Use our New Zealand Returns Portal to return your item(s).
 

International Customers

Kindly note that return shipping costs and arrangements are the customer’s responsibility.
 

Online Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer online exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please place a new online order and return the original item for a refund.
 
All order's purchased in-store can be exchanged in-store only. 
 

Return Labels

All return label's for online order's are sent to your email. If you have not received your return label, please check your spam/junk folder in your inbox.
