Once entered, make sure you apply the code before completing your purchase.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
If you receive an error message when entering your promo code, please check the following:
1. Are you entering it in the correct field?
Make sure the code is being entered into the box labelled "ENTER PROMO CODE" at checkout.
2. Does your order meet the promo code terms and conditions?
Please review the details provided with your promo code. Common conditions include:
- valid on full-priced items only
- not valid on sale items
- cannot be used in conjunction with other sales or promotional offers
- some codes are only valid on orders over $100
3. Is the promo code still valid?
Some promo codes are only available for a limited time. Check that your code has not expired and is still within the valid promotion period.
